How to Make the 'Love' Scarf
If you are looking for a little 'love' in your life - or on your scarf, the following is my quick and easy project (pictures below).
List of Supplies:
- an acrylic or wool felted type of scarf
- left over red yarn (about 2 yards, or more or less, depending on what you plan to write with the yarn)
- size F crochet hook
- straight pins
- sewing needles (several threaded with red thread)
- red thread
- scissors
Scarf Instructions:
- chainstitch 75 stitches (do not cut yet) - arrange word 'Love' on scarf - after arranging the word, then end the chain and snip both ends - pin to scarf - sew on.
Time: - less than 5 hours - Like most of my projects I do them over a period of time. This being a quick project I did all the preparation (chain stitch, arranging the word, pinning, and basting) on one day, and the next day I did the the sewing.
Tips: - keep the thread on the needle to about 15 inches long to avoid tangling. - I threaded 6 needles the night before so once I started sewing I would not have to stop to thread another needle.

The color of the word 'Love' matches well to the color of scarf. Scarlet and Black make our winter time warm.

It is such a lovely scart but, it is little bit difficult to me. I don'know what wool is good. Especially I can't understand how to make it. But the scarf is very nice and I want to make it.
